This was a customer that called us from Oxford, MD with a need for reliable Wi-Fi, that would support virtual meetings so that he would be able to work while at his second home, as well as a media room which would help him enjoy his time in the home. This property contained three different buildings. A large main house, with a decent sized guest house, and a large barn that had his office on the second floor. We were able to get reliable Wi-Fi in all three buildings, from the one single internet connection in the main house. We also installed an 83″ Sony OLED TV with an incredible surround sound system in a room in the basement that was already built. Meaning we didn’t get the opportunity to prewire this room, and yet there is not one visible wire, anywhere.
This is what this client ended up with:
-a super reliable, commercial grade Wi-Fi system from Luxul with two Point-to-Point systems for the two detached buildings, that sends the network from one building to the other, up to five miles away, along with six different access points
-an 83″ Sony OLED TV mounted to the wall with a low-profile bracket
-Paradigm Founder Series floor standing speakers for the front three channels along with a stand for the center speaker
-Paradigm Elite Series in-ceiling speakers for the height speakers
-Paradigm Bi-Pole speakers for the rear channels
-Paradigm 12″ Defiance Series powered subwoofer
-a URC Total Control System to control the media room with
-everything is installed in a Middle Atlantic secured locking equipment rack
